Hello! I'm a new owner of Pleo today and I'd like to register it, but I'm a previous member and every time I try to register using my existing screen name as instructed, it doesn't work! Am I doing something wrong?

Hi PleoPrincess78,

I'm sorry you are having problems. I want to make sure I understand what is happening.

Are you logging into PleoWorld with your existing screen name OK?

Then go to "My Profile and Plog"

Then go to "Register a Pleo"

Do you then get the "Welcome to Pleo Product Registration" page?

If you made it this far is the problem in actually submitting this form after filling in the information?

While checking on why she can't register, you might also want to check why she's been a member for 38 years! ;) May be a related problem . . .

Hi Pleofan89,

When you go to the main PleoWorld page to register your Pleo you have to register your username at the site first.

Try going here first. http://pleoworld.com/mypleo/register Register using your existing username and password. Then you can go on and register your Pleo.

Next time you go back you will just have "Sign In."

Hope that helps. :)

Hi malibu,

Since you have a user name I'll assume you already got registered for the community here: http://pleoworld.com/mypleo/register

Now you need to go to the Pleo Registration page here: http://www.pleoworld.com/mypleo/uregnoskip

Please let us know how it goes. :)

My guess is unless you got an error message while registering that everything is fine. However I have asked to see if there is anyway to check to be sure. :)

As of right now there is no way for members to check this for themselves, this will possibly be available in the future.

If you have concerns please check with Customer Support. <TABLE style="WIDTH: 383pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=510 border=0><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 383pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 18651" width=510><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD class=xl65 style="BORDER-RIGHT: #f0f0f0; BORDER-TOP: #f0f0f0; BORDER-LEFT: #f0f0f0; WIDTH: 383pt; BORDER-BOTTOM: #f0f0f0; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent" width=510 height=17><a target="_new" href="http://pleoworld.com/support"><b>Customer Support</b></a></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

I registered my Pleo when he first arrived. Am I suppose to receive some kind of confirmation of the registration details?

I don't believe a confirmation is sent out. If you didn't get any error messages or similar while registering your pleo then everything should be fine. If you'd like to double check you can contact Customer Support and check. Be sure to give them the EMail address you used when you registered. <TABLE style="WIDTH: 383pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=510 border=0><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 383pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 18651" width=510><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD class=xl65 style="BORDER-RIGHT: #f0f0f0; BORDER-TOP: #f0f0f0; BORDER-LEFT: #f0f0f0; WIDTH: 383pt; BORDER-BOTTOM: #f0f0f0; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent" width=510 height=17><a target="_new" href="http://pleoworld.com/support"><b>Customer Support</b></a></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
