I've noticed a lot of people complaining about not receiving emails sent from Ugobe. I know someone who is having the opposite problem. They have been trying to send a message to you guys using the "contact us" link at the bottom of the forum pages, and keep getting their emails returned as undeliverable. So I tried it and got this:
Delivery to the following recipient has been delayed:
forums@pleoworld.com
Message will be retried for 2 more day(s)
Technical details of temporary failure:
TEMP_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 13): 451 Temporary local problem - please try later

Hopefully the problem is solved. Please have your friend try again and let us know if they are still having problems.

I'm getting a similar problem. I want Ugobe to respond to a question about walking, but when ever I try the contact form it says I have an invalid email address - NOT! Can you only use this form within the States? If so that is not on. Can Cami please explain what the problem is? Thanks Cami!!!!

I just tried the "Contact Us" form and had no problem with it sending. I'd like to check two things with you.
First is this the form you are using? http://www.pleoworld.com/support/contact
And secondly are using the same EMail address that you registered with?
If both of these are true then I will escalate the problem to see if I can find out what is happening.

Yes, that is the form I am using. I have checked my profile and the email address looks fine. Just tried using the form a few minutes ago and I still get the invalid email message. Can you check this out for me please? Thanks!

The word from the tech people is that any valid EMail address should work with the online form at http://pleoworld.com/support/contact
If for some reason this is not working for you please use the direct EMail addres:
support@ugobe.com (%20support@ugobe.com)

Just tried the support form and it now appears to work for me. I've changed nothing at my end so I can only assume the problem was at yours!
