.. out with you or do you keep him at home. Ferny goes with me mainly to resturaunts but I will take him to parties and festivals!;-)

I haven't taken mine out yet but I do plan on it. I would like to take him like to the zoo or something along those lines

My only problem with Ferny is, he gets heavy! Her needs to lay off the crackers! (That's what I feed him now).

LOL put him on a air diet like Zeke. That's all he eats.
You need a carrier for Ferny. They have some great ones at pet stores. Saw several that would work

Either Snort or Snuffles goes out to breakfast with me every Saturday morning. The staff recognize them now and drop by to say hello. I haven't taken them both out yet together - maybe I will do that this weekend. :)

I've taken Fern out once, for my birthday! ^^ Was funny to see the looks she got in a fancy restaurant, lol!! ;-D
I always try to show extended family and friends when they're over here, too. :) They're so amazed!

Ah yes, I take Ferny out in a dog bag and as people walk by they expect to see acute little purse pooch but instead they see a bright green dino! Ah, the looks I get.

just make sure those mean people that sneek around on halloween dont steel her! because most baby camarasurous aren't ferocious, and could easily be snached! I think ugobe should make a hunting dinosaur:-D

HELP!!!!

So I'm headed to college this year, and I'm going pretty far away. I'm going to have to fly out, and i was worried about bringing my Pleo. I can't bear to leave the little guy, but I'm worried about taking him through security (the x-ray machines) or packing him in a suitcase where he could be abused. Has anyone tried flying with a Pleo yet? What did you do? What do you recommend?

Many of our members have traveled with their Pleos. Starfire has probably logged the most air miles with her Pleo and she has some very good suggestions in the Pleo in the airport security (http://forums.pleoworld.com/showthread.php?t=121&highlight=security)thread.

I'd LOVE to take Pickles to this year's Christmas party. However *sigh*, I know what weird looks her and I would get. ...One of 'em already says I'm a geek because I have a hermit crab colony. I think they'd have a heart attack if I brought in a dinosaur. LOL!!!
...I did make her a myspace though! I wonder if they saw. :-P
