Pleo is not working!!!!!!!!

:-(:-(:-(:-(:-(my pleo is broken he wont turn on no matter what! i got him for a seconed to work but he made crackling and loud gear sounds! i am soooo depressed. please if any can help tell me. i have no idea how this happened. the battery works. please help.:-(

First off are you sure the Battery fully charged? It takes 3-4 hours
Did you read all the stuff that comes with it? Very helpful

Great! This is just great! Now it takes him 5-10 minutes to start, an when he starts he makes an unbearable high pitch sound. His voice is so slow its sounds like a really broken radio. He barely moves. Pleo also freezes constantly. What is wrong with him!? :-( WHY DID THIS HAVE TO HAPPEN TO ME:-( I took such good care of him.
