This isn't really for ugobe, but i figured i'd put it here anyway, since i still think it's relevant.
My Fossil had problems from day one with a leg problem and then his neck went all floppy. So contacted vivid and explained that i'd bought him from ebay, so had no warrenty, but if they contacted me to let me know how much it might cost to fix him, i would probably pay it. Vivid sent me an email saying to send him to them, so i sent him off with a letter explaining this. After a week i'd recieved no phone call about him and started to get worried that he'd been lost, so i emailed them. Lo and behold, the next morning a brand new pleo arrives on my doorstep with an invoice saying it's free of charge!! :-0:-0
