I've had a quick look through the forum and don't think this question has been answered anywhere else, if it has, i apologise. :) For a while now Fossil's battery will turn red when first put in to the cradle, when i go back to check it a few minutes (or less) later the light has turned off, so i push the battery down and it turns red again. I don't know if the battery isn't in the 'cradle' properly, or what. Can anybody help me fix this problem?
Thanks!

It may just not be seated right. Be sure to slightly angle the battery into the charger, front first. Then gently push the battery back down. You will hear distinct clicks. If you keep having issues, please contact Customer Support
