I buy my pleo at sharper image two weeks ago ,and the charger is not working. Please answer me the way I can solve that trouble, because sharper image says that they can not do anything cause they are out of busines.waiting youy answer yours truly luis

Hi Isubo,

Sorry you are having problems. Please be sure that when you put the battery in the charger that you seat it firmly. You should hear distinct clicks as the battery locks into the charger.

I have the same issue. Bought it at Sharper Image.

I talked to customer support and they thought it was a charger issue so I bought a new charger. I recieved the charger yesterday, and the battery still fails to charge.

Now I will have to buy a new battery too!

Are you sure you are seating it right in the charger? You will hear a click. It has to go in a certain way. Please read Cami's post

as it is imposible contact to you by means of the chat, at least tell me how I can obtain a new charger in order to play with pleo.I can send you my charger in order to chek the malfunction. (last week I buy to you a new battery)regards luis pd:is there any phone where I can contact to you to obtain an answer?
