hello! my pleo is not eating....what should i do? and i can not download any program for him!:confused:

Hi anna_s,

If you are running the original Life OS (That comes with Pleo) then he doesn't really eat that much. He tends to want to play tug-o-war more than eat. :)

If you are having problems downloading behaviors or Life OS upgrades give us a few more details and we'll see if we can help you figure out the problem. my computer(sony vaio) is wrighting that it is impossible to open the file, because it doesn't know, whith what programm it was created... and also it doesn't coonect pleo, when I'm connecting it with usb, it is tring to find pleo, and couldn't...

What type of processor do you have ? And what operating system do you use ?

He's probably just not hungry.

Pleos not eating isn't a big deal, unless they're making the 'I'm hungry' noises. Then you have a problem. So don't be too worried. :3

The downloads and upgrades really can't be "opened" on the computer. Basically it's just a stopping point for either writing to SD card or using the Updater to connect to Pleo via USB.

If you are having problems with either you can contact Customer Support for step by step help. :D
