As Pleo is not currently available from any Canadian retailers, but is available on Ebay, if doing so would affect registration and/or warranty of your product?

There are a number of "brand new never opened" listings on Ebay with shipping availability to Canada.

Any response would be appreciated.

Shipping out of the US will typically void the warranty. But shouldn't affect registration.
