Hi all,

Speaking on behalf of my nephews that just got their pleo:
After a first full charge, the first battery cycle was good only for 30-45 minutes. It too short for me, am I wrong?
How long pleo should run with a full charged battery?

Thanks,

TL

Hi techloop :) You usually get an hour to an hour and a half or so, but alot of people say that it improves after you've actually charged it a few times. I think the 30-45 minutes after a first charge is pretty common depending on how much it's played with. :)

Battery defineatly runs longer after a few charges.
Butif it hasn't improved after four or five charges, call customer support. ;)

Thanks all.

I think you need to call customer support.

From your intro thread I thought all was well. But it must not be. Call them maybe you have a bad charger?

They do some times need tons of cuddle time and love. That's what makes them yours :)

I have a battery issue... My Pleo's battery will not charge. The green light shows after about 10 minutes of charging, and then the battery only lasts about 10 minutes. I have tried charging it for the recommended 4 hours, but it still doesn't work. I've had to charge it about 9 times now, and, quite obviously, the situation has not improved. Any suggestions?
