follils_mum, I would contact the show where you bought him, I had to send my first pleo back and I live in the UK.

Slight problem with sending him back, i bought him from ebay! I've emailed the woman about it, but have had no reply! :( Kind of shatters my faith in ebay really.....

Right, if he's from ebay then no one is going to be able to help you except the original purchaser of the pleo (your ebay seller) and when she sends your pleo back she will also receive your new one.
