Hello,
My Pleo's neck is broken and I don't know where to call about this. I've tried calling Vellod Impex LLC for couple of days, but nobody ever picked the phone, I left them messages on answermachine but they never called back. Could you help me.

Are you sure you have purchased pleo in Russia? There aren't much infos about their site here...
If yours is an american one you should contact customer support :)

Unfortunately your Pleo is not under warranty because the distributor there is not under contract with Ugobe. What is more likely is they have independently imported it themselves so hopefully they have provided you with some type of warranty. In any event Ugobe will not repair broken necks, tails or ripped skin whether you have a warranty or not.

i think the warranty is not the real problem, but maybe the only thing you can do is to returns pleo to the shop...

That's exactly what I said. But having no Ugobe warranty is still a problem if the shop refuses to do anything about it.

I think it's illegal, generally customers laws covered these problems ;)
