Hello!
We've bought a new Pleo, charged accum, and switched it on. Pleo works for 5 minutes approx and then stops suddenly. Reinserting accumulator helps for short time. What is the problem? Dead accum? How to solve?

And is there a way to reset Pleo? Our was tested in the shop probably and is looks like not baby already.

Is the battery pretty warm? If so try letting it cool for a few minutes. If it continues to not work contact Customer support:)

Hi Nikky - this sounds a lot like the problem I had at first with one of my Pleos. I would guess your charger is not really finishing charging the battery. My first charger was defective and would turn on the green light and shut off, even though the battery was not fully charged.
How long does the battery charge for, before the green light comes on?
Contacting customer support is probably the best bet.
