Highjacked!

Tonight I checked on a plog I added this morning and found the video "Ninja Dance Party" appended to my plog. I was able to remove it, but how do I protect myself from these dullards or others of their ilk?:mad:

That's horrible! I understand how people can post spam and stuff to the forums, but to your plog? That truly is being hijacked! I hope you immediately changed your password to be on the safe side.
