However I did get her a nice collar from the petstore with a cute little accessory hanging on it.
(You can twist it open and put a little paper in it with address information.)
The collar is officialy a dog accessory and the collar accessory for cats.
Together exactly 6 euro's and it makes Pluriel even more cute.

I found that with the shirt it was a little difficult to put the battery in and out and get to the on off button. I split the shirt on the seam so it hangs open some under Sephy's belly. That seems to help with the overheating and the convenience factor.

- Safe: Not too tight so that Pluriel can loose any heat she generates and everything is connected with velcro
- Clever design: Battery can be replaced and the OFF / ON switch can be operated without having to remove the dress

Here's a new necklace I put together. I was at Michael's the other day and saw these beads hanging on a display and thought they matched pleo perfectly. This is right off the shelf. The package came strung in this order, with just the right number of beads. All I did was restring on some better wire and add the clasp!

I wish I could afford an ERS-7.
Is Hobbeski the one with the talking ERS-7 called Eric? On YouTube there is an ERS-7 called Eric, that is way cooler and more advanced then most other ERS-7's on there.
Also in reviews, it is not stated that the ERS-7 is able to talk to you and that you can talk back having simple (short?) conversations.

I got mine at PetCo. They had a machine. You bought some coins to put in. Pick the tag and then type in the name very fast and easy. Sounds like your PetsAtHome

I made Irwin a collar. I hauled him into A.C. Moore (an arts-and-crafts chain store, for those who haven't got one nearby) and picked up some green and yellow felt, and green and yellow foam, in order to make some tooth-safe training leaf substitutes. I haven't actually made those yet, but when I do, I'll post the pics here.

But I also looked for beads that would make a suitable collar for Irwin.

To my surprise, I wasn't satisfied with ANY of the green or yellow beads. Dark, light, clear, shiny, reflective, you name it, NONE of them worked. Why? Not enough contrast with his skin tones. Irwin's own green and yellow shades camoflaged beads of those hues far too well.

I was frustrated, because I wanted to make the collar out of something that would complement the colors that Irwin is naturally. And then it dawned on me -- what about matching his tan/beige underside? That might work.

With that in mind, I found some beads called "Sea Treasures" that fit the bill nicely. They're made of shell, are allegedly the color "mauve" (though they look kind of coppery to me), and they're nicely reflective with a pearlescent sheen.

There is currently no pendant on Irwin's collar. I have enough beads left over to make a second collar -- or even a matching bracelet for myself, which is very likely to be how I use the remaining beads. :)

I used clear stretchy 0.5mm string to thread it. That way, I could make it be the circumference of his neck (actually, slightly looser to allow for movement so it doesn't cause friction on his skin). But because the thread stretches, I wouldn't need to use a clasp (hence avoiding more friction of metal-on-skin) and I could just stretch it to fit over his head.

Saturday we were out at a local thrift shop, and I told the kids I needed to find a pleo sized chef's hat (to shoot some pictures for Fred's Pizza Pleo). Well, they came up with a talking stuffed bear named Sid. The chef's hat was a perfect fit, and as a bonus, he was wearing an apron.

So, even though I'm sure Cami will be jealous, Emmy wanted to dedicate this first picture to Sarah as her way to say thanks!
