Here's a small concept video I have been working on. I have an idea for my 2 Pleos that revolve around this. It's not as clean as I would like but Pleo's head shape makes it difficult. I'll have to see if I can improve it.

PS: What kind of software is used for this?

I am using a tool called CrazyTalk from Reallusion. The latest version 5 allows for some facial types, including snouts, but even that is not quite enough for Pleo, since he's all snout :)
His side facing eyes also make it difficult, as you need to mark key facial points on the software and many of them are often out of view on Pleo, so it's a bit of a hack to get a workable position.

So this is just on a video not like a skit where the pleo is actually doing the talking? It looks great! Can't wait to follow the movie.

Yes, that's right. This is all rendered in software, and does not require any Pleo-specific tools.
