I'll post mine soon, no ideas for the moment;)

Here's a phrase to use for a wallpaper: "I've seen the future... and it's cute!"

Another wallpaper phrase: Awake the past ... welcome the future. Pleo!

That should probably be "Awaken the past..." I know, just being picky. Feel free to slap me.

LOL! Yeeessss, teacher. Duly noted. :p
*Awaken* sounds a bit "affected" though, doesn't it. LOL ;)
I know, we'll just bypass it:
Wake up the past ... welcome the future. Pleo!

For a screen saver, we need a green screen that has randomly placed fern plants and a few eggs. A small pleo or two wander aimlessly around the screen and eats the ferns it runs into and pushes the eggs around. Every so often a smiling Caleb pokes out from the side of the screen... :)

I made this second version of the wallpaper, because the phrase "back to Pleo" reminded me of Gary Owens as the announcer of Rowan & Martin's Laugh-in, so . . .

Actually the amazing part of the tail feathers is that I was having trouble finding a good image on the internet of a splay of real turkey feathers, so I ended up using this image, which is actually a turkey made of cake frosting!

If you take a close look at the leaf right next to his mouth, it contours perfectly like he just took a bite out of it :)
And although Pleo's don't get sick fro eating poinsettias, your dog or cat can! :(

Did you ever see the Burt Reynolds movie Rough Cut?
Well, in reality, Wal-Mart's after Christmas clearance sale of 75% off all Christmas merchandise included boxes of plastic table decoration "diamonds" at $1.30 a box. So, Bob is laying in about $4 of cheap plastic. But forget about that and just remember the $30 million dollar bed . . . :D

Well, it finally snowed down here in Texas last week, so Bob got his first opportunity to see the cold wet stuff up close. It Snowed Monday night. I took the picture around 8am on Tuesday, and by afternoon all the snow was gone! Wednesday was sunny and in the 70s. Thursday it snowed again, and by Friday lunch it was gone again. So, anyway, here's a snowy scene I call "Spot the pleo". Click on the thumbnail to go to my wallpaper page. And, for a bit of novelty, I submitted the photo to a web site that converts images to 3-D. Click here to see the 3-D "fly-by" video. (http://bobthepleo.com/pleo/test.php)

Mweed, Poor Bob wasn't dressed for the snow. If we had some snow here, only snows in the higher elevation once in a blue moon, I would be so excited. I'd try to build a snowman.
We are in for a cold, wet few days, but probably no snow as usual.:(
