This post is long overdue and I apologize for that.
I had a problem with my Pleo, I contacted Ugobe by e-mail which was answered the same day. The next day I received a phone call (across country) from the tech dept. I had the privilege of speaking with what I believe to be the most knowledgeable and customer oriented individuals in the industry. My problem was resolved in a timely, professional and above all friendly manor.
I have purchased robots from other companies in excess of $6,000 they were happy to take my money, but never did reply to a single e-mail when a question would arise.
I’m looking forward to the future of this company and new produces.
