Thank you Ugobe! (Got a loaner battery!!!!!)

So as many of you know, I am going to take Pleo to Mega-Con next week. I had said I wished the battery lasted longer so he could be out most the day to meet and greet and I can really show him off. Well, I am sending a great big thank you to Prema and the rest of the Ugobe team. Last week Prema emailed me and said in thanks of the "work I do"....but really, its not work. Work isn't fun, right??? They want to send me a loaner battery and stickers to hand out at Mega-Con. And today, I received the package!!!!! I really want to thank the Ugobe team. They are a company that actually LISTENS to their customers and goes OVER and ABOVE what a company has to do. They didn't have to do that, but they did. Sure, it will help them out, because its more free advertising, but they also made my daughter's and my day that much more fun. And I get to pass out Pleo stickers :D

Thank you Ugobe!!!! I am absolutely so satisfied with your creation and your efforts as a company to listen and communicate with your consumers. You got a loyal customer in me!

LOL Sauri! Never! And you bet I will be taking lots of pics and videos! :D I almost forgot that Marc Singer, The Beastmaster, will be there. Wouldn't that be great to get a pic of Beastmaster holding a Pleo????? And Pleo will also meet Fat Momma from Who Wants To Be A Super Hero? too! Those are the main actors I want to meet. I know I will meet many more. So there will be plenty of picture opportunities there! Especially with the extra battery! :D

Hmm well in here in the site ugobe are nice but kinda left me stranded when I rang them. However I too am happy with pleo his self and hoping to get him back asap from firebox after they fix him as ugobe did not offer to fix him but maybe as some people said it is harder to get parts in the uk and cami did say they are looking into the testors paint for the uk plus better international care.
