Would you like a baby dragon?

Someone on another forum showed me this website where you can "hatch a baby dragon". My dragon eggs are in my siggie. The ONLY way for them to hatch is for people to look (aka click) at them. Getting one is totally free. They only give out a few eggs every hour, so you have to go there on the hour to get one, and hopefully no one stole one yet. Reload the page a few times too.

Darn... what is considered rare? Gold and Silver , possibly weather eggs?
Gold and silvers are rare. To help keep them that way, there's actually code in place to keep them from breeding with each other -- they have to be bred with a common dragon in order to reproduce.

Papers, chickens, and dinos, none of which can breed, are rare, also.

Christmas dragons are pretty rare -- they were out last year around Christmas time, but I wasn't a member of dragcave at the time so I'm not sure how long they were available. I do know that if they reproduce, they can't produce a Christmas egg, and I saw a dragcave forum post where someone said you can only have one Christmas dragon on your scroll.

I'm not sure how rare seasonal dragons are overall, but clearly they're only available at certain times of year. I can't wait to see the result if someone breeds their summer dragons. Since the egg is supposed to match the season, my prediction is that an autumn egg would result.

Yesterday was a good news day, between that and this: I've graduated from using a crutch to using a cane. I'm glad to be making progress, especially since I work my tail off in the physical therapy sessions. :)

WOAH! that was close. i only want one of each kind of dragon but i rescue eggs and hatch them and grow their wings and abandon them again. The rescued gray had 3.51 days and wings! i'm glad i caught that. Now it wont mature on my account, thank goodness. my blue dino has a hole, too. :) and my silver hatched! yay! i hope its a girl, if its not i'm putting it up for trade.

something different happened to you. you can only keep one out of each egg batch, and when you didnt click either, it automatically abandons one of the eggs about 5 hours later. happened to me too.

um, no their not. Their one of the most common. Besides i already have a red dragon. the rarest common dragon is the stone dragon. Their not counted as rare dragons anymore.

hey no problem!! i see most of the hatchlings grew thier wings, if the gaurdian doesn't grow them before he get 0. something days then i can post him in dragon ER, they have saved the lives of over 300 dragons!!!!

no, actually you have to 'train' youre eye to be able to tell, the alternate eggs are just a tad darker than the regulars. i have a picture of each, and i used those to teach myself. i dont even have to use them now, its easy for me to tell. id post the pictures here if i HAD A PLACE TO UPLOAD THEM! okay sorry, i'm still trying to get a photobucket account but theres a long and complicated story making it very hard for me to get in.

yknow, if you ever do some black or vine dragon breeding and get 2 or more eggs, just click 'scroll' and it will save both the eggs for a limited amount of time, then post youre scroll (NOT the code, it automatically abandons the other egg(s) if you click 'get code') and i can look and tell you if any of the eggs are an alt. :) so far there are vine and black alternates, i hope they come out with more!!!

okay thanks! i already bred my one black dragon this week and only got one pink egg (since i bred it with a pink dragon) so i'll try again next week

good idea. it took me two trys to get my first alt, with a pink and a black, and one try to get my second, with a white and a black. LOL, some people havent had as much luck!

well, when you click a hathling at the top of the screen (in the browser) it will say 'www, dragcave.com/veiwing dragon/____ in that space there is a for digit code. that code is in their embed link. when you name a hatchling, it doesnt show that 4 digit code anymore, it shows the name.
