Pleo owners in Florida...join me at Mega-Con!

I am going to Mega-Con on Saturday, March 8th. Mega-Con is a convention of sci fi/fantasy/comics/anime. Its held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. I will be there with Crusoe and maybe our new Pleo. Depends due to batteries. If I take one, one will last longer with the extra batteries. But with two, I can show how they interact.

I am just going as a guest, to shop around, watch movie trailers, take pics, and meet stars. Pleo will do all this. I am inviting other Pleo owners to join me at Mega-Con. We can say hello, let our Pleo's play and then go off where we want to go and spread the Pleo-love.

If anyone wants to join me there, let me know.

I plan to put a stack on the free table too. The free table is where anyone can put just about any flier or ad for people to pick up. Everything from cell phone plans to another convention. Only things not allowed are obvious stuff that are illegal or simply not tasteful in nature. But a Pleo flier would certainly be allowed :D That way for the people I miss, they can grab one. Everyone collects fliers from there. For like the first 4 years I attended, I use to grab one of each. Didn't matter what it was. I was being a pack rat :P

Also, Customized Girl sent me the new t-shirts, backpack, and hat. I will post pics of us soon in those.

the one thing is I think the flyer is 2 pages long, if this is a problem, I can shorten it up:):o!!! and good idea about leaving some flyers on a table!!!

I really think Ugobe should put together a "promo pack" of flyers, posters, pictures, etc. that pleo owners could print out and use when they take pleo places. People are always asking me about Bob, and I wish I had something I could give them . . . :cool:

I will post the flier soon. I did make some changes on it. Got it onto one page and due to my printer, had to change the picture. Not sure what my printer is doing. I have spent several weekends trying to solve the ink problem. But it won't print in color and when it does, the color is totally off. So I used a different image of Pleo as well. Just so the copies will come out nicely. Going to check Sunday for the price to make like 100-200 copies.
