Good effects and the dinosaurs look real, though videos can distort some things in reality. Has anybody been to the show in person, if so, what was it like, is it absolutley amazing?

Some of the dinosaurs are people in suits. The raptors and baby t-rex for instance. But its done so seamless that many times its hard to see the person. I believe all the dinosaurs are controlled by puppeteers inside of the dinosaurs. Even the big ones.

I plan to work on a costume similar to this, but more like the hyenas in The Lion King Broadway show.

I haven't seen the show live myself, just a lot of videos. I hope they come to Florida though. I would love to see it. I went to Islands of Adventures recently in Orlando and rode the Jurassic Park ride.....the dinosaurs on the ride cannot compare to Walking with Dinosaurs Live animatronic puppets. They are amazing in the show.

I went to the website, and watched the videos!! it's amazing that most of these's dinos are robots:eek:!!!! Though the small ones are people in costumes, it's still amazing!! I really think UGOBE should create some custom made pleo's just for this company, and they can have an awsome, "meet the baby dinosaurs" place after the show!!! that would be awsome:D!!!! I think I am going to buy tickets to this show!!!!

Did you have any issues bringing Pleo into the preformance? I am sure he would attract a little attention.

Because...

a.) Hes awesome
b.) I am a 22 year old with a pet Dino
c.) I normally carry him in a bag (no bags allowed in the theater least where I am from)
d.) I would not want to upstage the show with a Baby Dino in the seats that people could touch :-P

I am looking into taking the group of middle schoolers I work with to this show. They enjoy Pleo almost daily and they would LOVE this. However it may be to pricey to attend.

Pretty impressive in any case! Too bad they don't have miniature versions we could buy like Pleo! It would be pretty cool to have a cute friendly Pleo and others that behave like real dinos and see how they interact. Given that Pleo has AI programming, would the cutest guy also be the smartest?!?

Oh! I've seen it here in NH! It was absolutely amazing! Except for when there was a huge Torosaurus in front of us when I was trying to check out the Ankylosaurus; and it wouldn't move for several minutes, either. It was very goood besides for that. Phenominal, in fact.
